就是在西茂边,医院旁的那两幢大楼,年代比较久了,口碑怎么样,谢谢.

我住那里，租的很舒服，地点超方便没得挑
70年代的楼房毕竟有些毛病但是管理还不错

Ya, when you are shopping for a condo make sure to ask the condo management board about their reserve fund and levy fees if any, besides condo fee.
