Position Profile Heavy Duty Mechanics inspect, service, and maintain diesel locomotives in accordance with federal and company regulations.' O3 O2 R" p2 {$ D2 V0 W7 L3 ]; S' Q; X

Diagnosing diesel engine malfunctions and making indicated repairs

Visual acuity and hearing threshold tests are required for this position. Written pre-employment tests to become a Machinist Apprentice are required for this position. Completion of 3-year apprenticeship is required to become a Journeyman Machinist. This position is subject to night, weekend and holiday work hours when needed.. Q$ q8 x2 l- n B u
