Position: Maintenance Coordinator / Salary Scale: $18.43 to $23.32 per hour. Accountability: The position reports to the Manager of Housing.5 A5 H1 i" u) |5 @# H- w7 g' z$ _, x
9 c! B% U: T7 C0 u, g, R9 r7 JPosition Abstract: performance of general & specialized building/ground maintenance tasks and projects. This position is responsible to manage and maintain a preventive maintenance program at several locations Part-time to Full-Time.

/ I& O6 z/ }8 V# T1 xManagement Responsibilities: In association with the Manager of Housing, develops/prepares goals & objectives and related budgets regarding building maintenance; Monitors and approves maintenance operational expenditures in relation to budgets; Supervises the execution of major maintenance projects outlined within the annual budget; Assist staff in maintenance planning and operational matters.

Maintenance Responsibilities: General building maintenance repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating and mechanical systems; Inspects and monitors life safety equipment/systems; Participates in annual suite and building inspections; Coordinates and supervises outside contractors and/or trades persons as required; Reviews, assess, coordinate and ensures completion of work in vacant suite(s).
