Police charged Brian Dickson, 29, with first-degree murder in connection to the suspicious death of Qian Liu.# X; }$ L7 A; K* Y9 E" B

The 23-year-old was found dead in her basement apartment late last week.

As Qian Liu’s father arrived from China on Friday to claim his dead daughter.
