FUNCTION:
0 j5 |6 N2 ^2 OThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
  f7 w2 _0 H) i3 t8 k•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
: x; g# b; V( P9 I' y•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
: X9 O1 S- s# k6 U) A! k/ R2 n$ J•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
6 W& c( L; j4 }  e2 {# b•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
' G4 y2 N3 _. w* h3 J•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
