FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
) K/ v5 y+ c- ?. Y# X•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
: `; a6 H6 H5 e' S1 @. V•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
" z/ P& i, e( s8 L& }" U) m1 K•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
" }9 O# o, w$ A$ S& S! S4 k•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
0 ?1 N. i' x4 p+ e4 d•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.

•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
