This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
1 D% ?) B6 Y+ E, \% [$ v/ M$ g•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
" R( Z) R3 f" s•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

5 z) W5 `7 N( e) m7 qSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
0 L6 @- r* e" ^/ \$ c•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
( z; T( [- }- }  z0 W•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
- l0 s' v& L# u: O" U•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
