Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
) g) v4 q [* ? R' \' q2 Yplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal3 r9 G6 S3 j1 p( ^2 Q2 U
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP)., b D# _: q% M: T' ~
4 u& G9 U* h( J( N2 GTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.7 g; W/ M* d8 [' ^( U3 _

Job Qualification
! g7 g; W5 n. f0 I+ p! F$ ^2 SMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
2 S' F" A3 Y7 n' v s a X+ VMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s; d3 P2 ?; N4 o
School)
4 u8 v, Y5 Y8 mMust have supervisory experience) f& {9 {8 V N) r; P" L4 n
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system* t' ^4 \, L3 e3 ^' J3 }( Q
Must be computer literate" ^/ {* R- q: N; D/ c
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
, d) W z: p3 k+ ^, K$ d- zMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network: Y8 u! L# q9 N
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills* V& N0 R& j9 k) B6 A
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already1 O5 y6 |% d* z- b8 w5 E
establish team.
