Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Position Summary
& c9 L0 O9 J7 w. NUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
4 F, g0 l' u! F" jplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
* [) Q) m! R# b5 {Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

& y1 q/ A* r. U# j( q% c2 J8 n: wTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
School)
) m7 |9 X" u8 ?, hMust have supervisory experience
& l! |: r3 i, `. xMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
& {; A3 z! J( c" {4 NMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
