) O) v4 K/ Z! E    * Participate in the software/component development lifecycle
    * Participate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
    * Follow the organization's software development processes including quality assurance and version control
; {. ^6 T, n+ J( q" ~    * Design/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.

    * Minimum 5 years employment related software development experience
* f" F/ @4 h# q! c& k$ `; w4 j    * Strong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
    * MS SQL development and administration skills
# \! F8 Y% y& P1 w3 q    * Excellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
2 @7 [- V3 x) u4 H; E    * Experience with Visual Studio
