我提交的母亲探亲文件清单（中英文对照）

这份母亲探亲文件清单附在所有探亲文件最上面。这份清单比官方要求的要详细，因为当时本人在上学，基本没收入，所以自己附上了能让审查官相信的所有材料。

1.Letter for the immigration officer (one copy)
给签证官的信：1份；
2.Invitation letter with envelop from family in Canada (one of each)
加拿大亲属邀请函（中英文）及加拿大邮寄信封：各1份；
3.Application form with the family members index (two original copy)
申请人申请表及家庭成员附表（原件）：2份；
4.Education and the occupation letter of applicant (one original copy)
申请人教育及就业表（原件）：1份；
5.Relatives of the applicant certification (one original copy)
申请人家属表（原件）：1份；
6.Inviter and one’s husband’s permanent resident card copy (two copy)
邀请人及邀请人丈夫枫叶卡复印件：2份；
7.Landing document for the inviter and one’s husband (two copy)
邀请人及邀请人丈夫登陆纸复印件：2份；
8.List of the inviter’s family member (one copy)
邀请人家庭成员名单：1份；
9.Letter from inviter and one’s husband’s employer (two original copy)
邀请人及邀请人丈夫受雇信（原件）：2份；
10.Prove of the inviter’s housing (one original copy)
邀请人房产证明文件（原件）：1份；
11.Inviter’s tax information letter (one original copy)
邀请人税务清单（原件）：1份；
12.Copy of the inviter’s husband’s T4 form and tax summary (one original copy)
邀请人丈夫T4税务报表（原件）2份，Notice1份，税务Summary1份；
13.Summary of the inviter’s bank account (one original copy)
邀请人银行存单（原件）:1份；
14.Inviter’s bank account activities for the past six months (several original copy)
邀请人及邀请人丈夫CIBC银行六个月账单（原件）：若干份；
15.Birth certificate of the inviter (one original copy)
邀请人出生公证书（原件）：1份；
16.Certificate of the relationship between the applicant and the inviter (one original copy)
申请人亲属关系公证书（原件）：1份；
17.Summary of the applicant’s bank account (one original copy)
申请人银行存款证明（原件）：1份；
18.Summary of the applicant’s saving account (many original copy)
申请人银行存款结息单（原件）：若干；
19.Retirement certificate of the applicant (one original copy)
申请人退休证明（原件）：1份；
20.The pension plan for the applicant (one original copy)

我有一个疑问：你父母都是申请人吗？还是一个是申请人另外一个是随行家庭成员？

申请人及每位年满18周岁及以上的随行家庭成员完整填写“家属表和教育及就业细节表”，请使用中英文或中法文填写。
