新房TRADE DAY问题

请问买了新房的同学们，交房后一个月内你们都检查些什么呢？这不一个月马上就到了，(所谓的TRADE DAY?). 下周会有人来.

（１）刮风的时候楼上的卫生间顶狂响，好吓人，楼下的我没敢下去看，感觉太吓人料。请问各位达人这种情况正常吗？如不正常，BUILDER会修吗？

1 B& v3 |: q$ o2 t: p; x3 }2 D% ?! f（２）主卧的SHOWER一开水龙头出来的是黄水，大约１分钟左右才出干净的水。每天都是这样，已经用了大概一个月了，还是这样。请问各位达人知道是怎么回事吗？

I built a house in 2005, it had the same problem for your item 1. I built other house in 2009. same like what you talked. and after that complained that, the trade came to my house and replaced all of them. Now still there is a little bit  noise but much better.
