% d6 |* L* K& @2 N- X; A6 NI don't download a lot of media file. But I do play online games, which require a low but steady bandwidth. A huge download by my neighbor could cause severe lags to my game.

我们现在水电都是按照使用量收费，也没见人反对，一定要改成包月收费，流量收费有其合理性，只是我们还不习惯。其实是否按流量收费不是关键，关键是价格制定是否合理。

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has
