' J2 e4 u) o& OCanada’s first comprehensive Digital Economy Strategy, we need to look

guided by our long-standing policies of encouraging competition and9 _- e8 t4 n4 O3 Y5 |: K
investment, increasing consumer choice, minimizing regulation and allowing' Q" \; {4 d5 v) N3 R. }
market forces to prevail.

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has6 K& u2 x% J; R* ]4 f
chosen to examine these concerns that the government shares with a large
