Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

' ^9 |" F6 R& c+ IJob Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
, T5 s8 ~/ @3 |( |-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
9 n: \4 ?: c/ e/ J$ H-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
# W6 p4 C0 I+ }" n/ h6 Q, O-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:
) J( S( Z9 F3 u" b$ I- }
' y3 ]9 o0 @+ c; s! _/ g-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
