Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
1 D* @  V' X+ r" B" D7 x# j9 m-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
% y/ `! ~9 N& m: k2 O: M-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
& ?  i- y; K# ~6 k5 e-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
! z, H0 X; E) k-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
, T% x: Y/ K. L( {-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

1 ~* I% r$ g# U$ n; d# {/ y-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset

-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
