Responsibilities:( \1 D1 F7 h7 t& A
Working as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:
$ Q# V7 B& E) | P5 s9 } Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.) N# U1 ]6 O7 H( s1 n
 Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support.* U2 ^% g4 t9 q6 O& ?+ ~
 Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle.
* M! c+ D j5 j1 R8 C) a6 s/ eQualifications:' s. n: S- @% O) H& ?$ C$ k
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
