Responsibilities:
: k7 E3 v9 O3 u2 S; ^' i" _8 DWorking as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:4 b9 L4 E" D9 k& A+ v1 b6 ^9 G
 Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.
* I8 [% h# r3 V* p5 M9 T% q. [ v Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support.* M7 m6 x2 z, Q) C$ q# Y/ f
 Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle.
i& @; u9 Q1 C2 nQualifications:
7 F6 j9 D2 R" V: j; M4 O8 }" sA Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
