9 o: }/ p! O' o
Responsibilities include:  screen, coordinate and provide services to multicultural or diverse clients; facilitate ongoing training for both clinical and administrative staff involving multicultural and diversity issues; provide individual and group counselling as needed for the Women’s/Men’s programs; represent the YWCA Sheriff King Home on multi-cultural/diversity issues/community groups.
% a8 H% N1 h' {0 ^! y4 VMinimum requirements are:  MSW or equivalent; four years clinical experience with two years experience working with culturally diverse populations.
