; r7 v# U: P& `. a' M Develop initiatives that convene stakeholders, community organizations, government agencies and foster collaborations between immigrant and main-stream stakeholders. - P( e3 l* [/ i( ~- A7 u( L' J
 Proactively assist immigrant communities with: identifying needs, training, strategic planning, board development, project development, community economic development, funding proposal writing, program planning and implementation

 Facilitate group processes and workshops

 Community development and CED background and experience

 Experience supervising staff
# b% I) o, }) M3 b& A/ A Understanding of cross-cultural issues/ a0 e2 X% I3 S ~
 Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proposal writing skills ( C- x. F# ]" [: {# S
 Strong organizational and Program delivery skills% X- @! l+ C/ m7 a% V6 N1 \8 [

Education/technical skills

 Experience/facility with Windows-based computer systems (specifically Windows 95/98/2000, MS Office, MS Word, databases, spreadsheets etc.). F$ h+ _6 ]- J2 R7 H2 y: A& V
