Assists with the creation and implementation of computer software as directed by the project management team (includes leading edge machine learning techniques, robot control, gaming and simulation)
7 y& U% s0 X; LProvides techical support to end-users as directed and is responsible for ensuring end-user usability and satisfaction when required

Diploma in Computing Science; undergraduate degree in Computing Science preferred
a6 E% r2 U% N0 ]( u1 L0 N+ A( pDemonstrated work experience with Web programming and scripting tools such as PHP and Perl, and mySQL database design and management; knowledge of MatLab, Weka and CVS repository system preferred) j% F/ f) y* [7 T) ^" f2 s
Solid knowledge of microcomputer operating systems (Windows XP as well as Unix/Linux); experience in other domains (Bioinformatics, electronic entertainment, ecommerce) an asset; Dynamic programming an asset
" B: c5 t7 D6 s% oKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies preferred
6 z' p5 t u1 y( G* N. rFamiliarity with object orientated analysis and design and project life-cycle methodologies is a benefit
