The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

Reception:
& P2 z) X2 E; F* M• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required/ _- e- W$ l- k
• Answer multi line telephone system0 Q9 ]! a5 i/ K0 z& _! O' |) Y

- m5 x3 s _" }) I• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads9 M b- s. L6 k! D
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits/ v+ Z T) K/ t. \- y$ U
• Input and manage high volume of data4 U/ S* t4 D* i) v; j$ e$ X2 r
• Update and maintain databases
- B. H9 e: ~1 `& P( v- U7 b• Generate monthly reports and statistics3 J. n" p2 K) h h. _! J
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
& L: m6 ?8 y1 D" D6 ~! W' z• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
' k; A3 y6 p% j3 H6 J• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
8 F: U- m. O; t* t( V• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
I- V2 q8 @ H$ h0 g" k• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
) l! c+ R" h) {4 c, s• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients( a6 p, K2 S4 `9 n& {6 B

Qualifications:, y h5 `) w0 l9 N
. Z" J/ \0 t0 g7 N• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
5 Z" |1 i, V% @+ E: C• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS . A" V9 j) @& V3 o, ?5 B
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
( ]. H; b) d' R9 N8 } F• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work+ \* H$ r+ ]6 J6 V* C
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population
( K7 w4 g3 f; {4 w p1 M: F• Strong customer service skills
