The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

Reception:
) u, g! b! p. V) e# N1 N• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required

• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads! w( b d) p0 z z
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits% `) B+ r" j/ x; k, B* h
• Input and manage high volume of data: |4 ?% A! w9 l5 t/ \
• Update and maintain databases
5 I1 p% s+ Z P3 U* L• Generate monthly reports and statistics
) [$ U' w9 f! h- b; C• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
( U* Z* I5 i8 S! G" t9 W• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
$ A6 K, P- v9 \% ]4 T• Write and revise business correspondence and forms9 \6 t$ R9 O [9 g* X
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

! c+ f- ^+ B& Q% L+ K" Q( b• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
+ n$ {$ S: Q0 C& x: t L• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work: w6 C# T: Z) [0 [& j/ @( {# H
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population

• Strong organizational skills and abilities
