The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

! o2 l6 M0 s$ `" H! S9 W• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required

Administration:
S* ~, P" `& q8 l7 C0 {- `$ P• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
) j- M& O( K+ k& a: f, o• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits8 o# R' h, {/ n
• Input and manage high volume of data; Y9 y7 S$ t" C2 o
• Update and maintain databases
/ {9 d f, P4 P5 S• Generate monthly reports and statistics
8 {% j) ~+ F+ V& H# x R/ P0 R- C• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
+ g" w9 z* b& B• Process payments and complete weekly deposits1 Y9 A# J7 \4 b, C& y& b
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
% h# X4 ^8 T: W6 l1 _6 K. j$ \• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors; Z9 F2 r& h1 p/ P3 V, b# b
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
' s5 e+ c! ^+ L4 b H• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients; N$ V9 g/ g4 b- @; \$ O% x+ t

Qualifications:
9 B" g- C4 U C4 i/ r; p/ z0 f; K k, f% ^ J; Y) i
• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
0 n# l: H y. @0 K- D) H" T& d• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS 7 n" y3 Q8 |' A/ B/ v! l
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills+ ]$ m. b' o" o: Z! X9 r) u- Y- z
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
& G8 F* Z% p7 B; }/ X; x• Able to interact positively with a diverse population/ Y( X$ r2 f: L% B
• Strong customer service skills/ U8 R2 u$ h* ]& o
• Strong organizational skills and abilities
