The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.0 m) `4 W! B2 y. @

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
5 I. ]; J" R# ?& k `• Answer multi line telephone system& C/ T" E0 O; p" o
& T8 o8 o2 W' Q4 j6 g0 NAdministration:
& Q7 D" G% v9 Q$ C% o: m• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
+ S0 |; v2 F4 `* z7 ^3 S* `• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits/ h! L4 o7 t" H6 o7 V h+ W
• Input and manage high volume of data
" m- V4 a% v4 i' t• Update and maintain databases
q$ L1 E; a8 A3 Z' H2 e• Generate monthly reports and statistics
4 V; B! K) p3 ~5 i4 f• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
+ w% W1 ] @, k* t% z, |% t% W• Process payments and complete weekly deposits8 H! d3 z% Y T) S9 k. V% ?8 W
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms" u4 e/ C Z$ r8 s( O* P- C
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors* H5 ?8 F7 Q( d3 w ]+ S
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre8 V4 d+ j) f$ v
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

Qualifications:

" T3 p% p! o' `2 _& G C• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure V, W5 s2 e& E
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
