( h' S) \$ l; V$ h# eservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 8 [' W4 U9 Z" n/ z6 U) ]* D

8 |3 T, Y9 U* K4 M" VTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
' E3 o% m; ^4 Q( N; Dhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth % U+ ?9 F/ \) F6 E" f) y6 N" T
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a ' l0 E" }9 N' G
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
0 N0 M: G+ x% }in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You , o0 V5 w% b5 K
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 2 z" D0 S" P7 Z$ B1 S( |
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be ; w8 F3 x4 s( R1 b7 Y0 x
accountable to the project coordinator. " @) ]6 _4 z& ?0 ]1 J! M
, I+ g# T7 {/ U/ K0 {3 {' X5 aThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
. _ S( q2 ~' A7 Zschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 0 [: b: k1 \8 ^: N/ t2 q J0 d
Keen ability to organize and lead
/ ]0 d) t9 u4 a3 H; LRegular attendance at meetings
6 T$ W" f/ `% {Relate well with other youth and adults . h: N! ?$ n! B1 k. R7 U: c
Willing to be mentored and trained
