Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first 2 v. T4 b W D7 C- s$ v3 r
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
$ L! ]6 _( i1 V* a4 O7 m' T5 y* V% Z& VEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
. Q7 K9 m8 B& p' I. R( |youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved , Q1 ]6 ~ l; N, a# l5 i- `5 _
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You ~% ]+ K4 D; o$ D" V- E. m# X
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, $ B' r# j$ v1 {- b/ D! c
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
/ s' H7 `4 n2 ]0 p7 |* T: e( ~accountable to the project coordinator. . |0 s9 n7 U$ n: }' j
' J+ {, e: v" k m8 Y
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 8 f( M/ J. O$ j4 p! V
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is ' \! c5 O5 ^5 X3 c( B" D; D& o) A
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills 9 R U* | L9 d
Keen ability to organize and lead ! Q) V# Q3 z1 z% c) a0 o4 G
Regular attendance at meetings
+ B# P. ?5 w" W# @) LRelate well with other youth and adults
' @- S6 X# F l3 W: Y5 D4 fWilling to be mentored and trained
