Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
~- ~! I+ I h2 }hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
9 D1 V8 ^* e. bEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
# D( ~+ G" ]$ ] fyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
* G$ L# D6 B8 \ ]. @in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
, i6 ^* b/ j* s v3 h; q' xare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
; u* [; N9 L: x% C( c' ?" x5 B; t6 d) [balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be + G7 }4 t9 C( V' Y
accountable to the project coordinator.
; _/ _2 v7 Z, x1 D! m- P ; g6 k& P) C& H- _; @5 C4 R
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
3 r. ?# S3 _6 Qschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
+ q: Z, p2 q2 ?9 i) ^; w4 N# a9 B' `desirable.

Qualifications
& `$ n7 d0 N9 v) b18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ! F S+ r- t9 ^0 G9 X
Keen ability to organize and lead * [: }/ U! o+ X, Z$ x
Regular attendance at meetings 7 q( e' Z. T7 w" {$ t2 Z
Relate well with other youth and adults " y; @/ l8 l7 T7 Q4 L0 Y/ S
Willing to be mentored and trained U* X+ Q% N' C- I) \: Y5 |

Salary
/ s1 X: w) p* Q( J3 S# S2 K0 Y$15 per hour plus benefits
