Job Description: 7 e; @! A+ ?9 J* `
- Checking guests in/out 5 @: z2 f1 a; b* R
- Answering guest inquiries regarding hotel services! R. S; X6 i, e+ h+ K
- Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints + ]5 Q8 [* r8 N7 _3 Z
- Answering telephone calls and handling/ balancing cash . m# r' b! W/ X A1 i3 V9 H
- Balance credit card machine ; J" N* B0 Q$ @& A u
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments ' e% {- D# `8 D4 _" _5 \
- Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems 9 g$ z- z6 I# c6 d0 _
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment; R6 A, ^* \) `" x
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and Safety Standards ; e8 n/ {& t9 O8 @
- Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Managers

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a high pressure, high volume environment% f6 R/ u U n: k
- Minimum 1 year experience, strong guest service skills

- Emerit professional certification for front desk agent is required
