Job Description
, |$ x! [. X& B0 ?+ d•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
; @& G6 H2 r% |# ~1 b( O•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
* h; M% G) n3 X! D4 x4 R' k•        Banquet room set up/tear down
  c+ }- s( w9 d; s+ V+ s9 E4 I•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
: Z+ z4 H9 V- S5 t- H0 ~•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
( V+ C: p2 I; r•        Must be able to communicate effectively

8 B, W! j% f0 A9 r•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
