) b% x7 R( d5 p7 q/ j5 `( T& A& f( [+ }( {•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area

+ L9 |. Q% Y' `9 k! n•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
: N, @5 r5 W9 U: o1 j•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
& S, ?  T* e# T•        Must be able to communicate effectively
6 S4 U; ^% G9 R- x1 d0 Q: f•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
