Job Duties / Responsibilities1 u( [$ Z- N! R3 H+ [
• Familiarize with the assigned process units* M& R6 i* X- O8 O! m
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. . P0 k# T' p/ [) E
• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.9 m* P) B; ?4 R! N( i7 K
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.) O% Z. ~8 s5 o
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
4 Y; Q6 T4 C) \• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
?6 q6 i+ k5 v- Z6 X: L# y: p! ^• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
