Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-

The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:: d! ^1 Z7 R, f0 ^! o: W
Ÿ Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into

+ f7 F# D0 C+ g+ b* k: J) R) M& aŸ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
$ F' s2 p0 _" mŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
# W A. L, n0 lsupport;" g, ?( W! H; Q4 @" o
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and ( A: a! ~5 \5 _# l) m
implementing staff wellness programs;
" N! \4 K- K# F' A/ h$ WŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;0 Q6 I- G; B: H
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;: I& @# C! H4 S* d
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;; ]( l' z6 b- A$ b
Ÿ Other duties as required.

; ?+ Y' [+ H( F& H8 R# SŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
9 y7 l2 Y; }+ v4 Ceducation and experience;
, l8 l# ?5 G. J& }) _, R- l( I' WŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
9 ^0 p5 i. {) |2 O, ~Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;) F6 G4 A7 F& D* t
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both 2 d0 U6 R0 v. {
verbal and written.
) Z* B3 f5 H; s' v6 bLac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package. Salary Range 8 g# a- }! ]9 \( q2 S
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
