Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:

Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
% r% {8 v# k& z: |! q  ^Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
0 w" a. [. S6 iExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
) m- g2 x& i/ S) L4 ~- G, ?% ]Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories

Display positive self-concept
