Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

- v& G8 j6 Y3 G. Y: T5 k) k% a* iExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
4 x# a$ m( _* f0 j) O3 R! XAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
" e0 ~) w! ^- ~  HExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
/ q$ v6 y$ w# d5 ZComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
( H' P  l7 T. ?5 u6 x9 qDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
/ R9 p$ g4 k+ O* u' T9 i7 s9 U5 N% p5 u  rDisplay positive self-concept
