Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
; k) `  b' h, h& pPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
+ k! X' e$ f7 M& z2 k/ nExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
( c5 x( m; D# \) P  Y" IExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
* f- a5 Z, e- IComputer proficiency
5 }) K! C# o# `9 n% IStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
4 J" ^4 o7 @4 U- e/ a, b0 iUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
9 g$ U" Z8 F. ?1 V# I/ p, WDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
