Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
( t/ s2 j3 [( R8 d' I# MPost-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
: f1 e9 Y3 u+ oAdult education background
) Y1 l% ]) J+ J; S" nExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
4 E8 P) |) T  I, ZExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
$ Z; F9 y  f) t1 jExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
4 d' g1 }' ]; K  n4 {- DUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
