Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include: 3 V0 x0 E$ J" O. `# z& { h+ fPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields * c' O- F. \) i( Z+ U+ V5 y' WUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role ( j0 q! q) c3 [1 w2 C; V* f2 [Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants ( }4 [7 c: A7 ?* O' M
Excellent communication and negotiation skills ( x( o+ v k/ y* U0 z8 u, R3 }1 T+ V
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments 3 v; w# S! @) F2 r
