我在国内上大学、研究生学的是化工机械专业，毕业了在中石化的一家炼油厂做了7年检维修，之后到上海做了2年。来加拿大一年半了，现在在一家铝焊丝生产厂做机器操作工。很想找回自己原来的行当，做项目工程师。Fort Mcmurray有很好的机会，怎么才能够找到一份入行的工作呐？

最终只有一个结果，我们胜利了。没有胜利，就是还没有最终结果

; E& \# _2 }4 ]2 d# @! i我电话面试的OPTI Canada，还没有消息。原来说的是2周内会告诉结果。到2005年11月24日就是两周。电话面试完了，我写了Thank-you letter的E-mail跟进，结果还在等待中。

另外就是有中介的一个机会，需要明天先打电话联系。

Even the project engineer needs to talk a lot if it working location is in the field. If the position only deals with the project design, not the on-site construction, maybe there is less requirement of communication.

It is better to submit your resume on the company's website rather than monster or workopolis.

% i9 f  G  s; O! xWinning Cover Letter is a good book I am keeping reading today. On the way home, I went to the library to get the Winning Resume.

Finding a good job is a process of learning, not only a result of luck.

0 B2 r6 Q# ?# z5 \" C) z! v刚刚上班3周，准备在这家干一年。时刻准备着，找工作，找工作，我要找工作。下一份工作的目标是$25/hour，希望一年以后能够实现这个目标。
我的同学一家马上就要搬家到埃德蒙顿了。我在关注中。

2004年6月9日来加拿大。

; i* ^$ _6 U, Z2 a2 n在多伦多downtown住过9个月的地下室。
$ i# D; k, p. [: ?4 v0 X* B. z3 \
. V. g9 c  q) ~9 ?4 b在Mississauga找到上一份工作后，搬到Mississauga。一家人和别人分租公寓，一年多。

现在是自己一家人住着这个2室一厅的Apartment。是我从出生以来，所住过的最好的房子。哈哈，我在中国混得也不怎么样。

上一周刚买了一辆Toyota Echo，2000年的，20.4万公里。上任车主每天开高速往返Burlington与Mississauga。我们是第二个车主。买车都是太太在张罗，太太的功劳。

0 w. h2 ~0 U+ o晚上聊起来，意外地发现，买车的日子刚好是我们来加拿大2周年的日子。
" G3 K; Q! ~0 Y& v0 g
& h7 w5 Z8 v: V9 D; ^/ C: b# o想起几天前在网上看到该不该来加拿大的讨论，我觉得移民加拿大是一个过程，先苦后甜。性格决定命运，不管收入多少，喜欢先苦后甜的过程，就应该来加拿大。

% c* r5 x1 _2 B# i, z谢谢版主一直以来的支持和鼓励。我不会轻言放弃，打好基础，最终一定会建起高屋大厦。
