报名需要信息
name，email，telephone number，是否UA student或staff， alumni（不是学生需要交membership fee，好像是$12）， onecard number？

男子三对三排球，报名时间9月10日，需至少3名male player，报名费$20每队。
0 G: A/ S4 S& h' C6 B1 D1 e' D2 d比赛时间9月20-10月20日，每周一和周三晚上，共四周。

Recreational:  These teams are composed of players with no prior competitive volleyball experience.
Semi-Competitive:  These teams will have a mixture of skill levels on their team.  It is intended for teams composed of  a mixture of skill levels or with players who play pick-up on a regular basis or who may have played in high school.
5 e3 k; _  ~2 F+ C/ CCompetitive:  For teams with players who played on their high school squad or who still currently play on a team (ie. City league, etc.)
