Do you have 1 – 2 years of hands-on applied payroll experience under your belt?
I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
; T) |/ M# H# l. W  Y" t9 d8 f2 {4 SMy West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
1 i' p: d' h! F6 }8 Z& l! Q•        Processing payroll
- T, s3 q2 Y: N7 q- p2 |' ~•        Preparing reports
; X' H5 v" k  a# o' |: P9 \8 a•        Benefits deductions and administration
•        Maintaining employee profiles
•        Accounting side of payroll
7 P9 V( g! G, B6 Y7 m- Q7 X$ y
To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
# ~: I- j8 j8 k2 r: Z0 O•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
; c$ m" _: z% P7 F" `2 I•        Union experience
) Z% S, J) ~3 |! W$ {0 O4 T- c' c•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
" T3 S; s3 M# A; X6 Y•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits

+ a7 \* x  s) KI need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
/ j5 p# A; ~( B4 n$ K, F8 fYou must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
+ q! {% c0 ^  F' `8 _You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
