不再年轻了，老胳膊老腿再不活动就等着被黄土掩埋了

camping & Rafting this coming long weekend !!!

早没说，前段时间刚去的野牛公园，不过那都不能算活动活动

out in the country it does get quite cold at night, whereas in the city the temperature doesn't vary that much between day and night

于是那次的人品让我这次开了1万五千公里的高速都没爆一次胎
