Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
4 o+ x: R6 |/ l8 }6 ]2 Qthat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
) N- f+ M3 l" Q/ f; Scustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
6 j- R$ u8 ^$ G% L8 Ethe Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
9 I' P; E$ N1 y& e6 ?8 kCustomer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
5 y& t4 f6 I6 u5 {2 r• Assist customers find what they are looking for
, j; _3 G! P2 x9 e; F/ x• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
8 s3 h) P3 N& y! r1 T: l1 S• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
* ?7 B- n5 _/ i• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
* q7 u4 f; {$ K, W; \4 \% Y& j# O8 F• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
% }( v2 \  ^# k9 j5 v• Protect company assets at all times
9 n$ k- w3 w7 _( ]  K7 R• Close the store (key holders)
• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager

• High School graduate
6 l, I1 ^  N" f- ?5 F0 i  w, i6 J$ Y• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
7 T7 O; O5 V9 c& y" h2 Uchanges in strategies
+ S) A' H, u8 M, y( N0 nWorking Conditions
+ |# V- H9 i  n/ I# J- w( Y• Fast paced environment
• Demanding workload
Physical Requirements
• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
. ]% G8 n5 z: Y- K- }% {# n6 E• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Comfortable climbing ladders
