; f3 o' K  A: D0 t- |+ C! _2 N. YReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
" B/ g. a1 G3 ~! k  p$ t- x        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
5 _. \' E) C7 D% `& |+ E        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
% s0 C  P. i, G, d7 [/ `        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
' K: i8 S- z) T7 r        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

2 C$ ~2 G: I" I- |3 L* s5 M4 D9 gQUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
3 X9 H& K- j) [+ @  s* W# d" y•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
