N, D The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.  
Responsibilities  
) |1 p& a2 m6 k0 I9 t$ e4 r The primary responsibilities are to:
/ L! z1 {/ i5 B/ p' m
- r8 F. _2 g& g1 S9 a9 }' }) ~-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.

6 }& e% ]2 J+ a9 y+ n' E-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.
! }5 O5 F# [, O* b% |1 s
Serve as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.

* R+ r. V6 \/ Q! z& H. nEnsure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.
) j% N5 ^/ Z& Y4 I2 L6 T3 j, [  q
Maintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.  
% ~5 v& o+ b9 e3 H& \ Qualifications  
Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

$ K' P: C' H# b' X' e5 KRequires exceptional communication and report writing skills.

Self-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

Excellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

Project management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
