Primary Focus  
  p9 L- y% N( Y% \ The Pipeline Integrity department is looking for a Senior Engineer to provide engineering analysis and expertise to support crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programs, with a strong focus on inline inspection programs that identify, monitor, and mitigate these pipeline threats.

- ?: @) q) y. G, h7 c- R; x! M The primary responsibilities are to:

9 b% L! ~# v. {9 Y7 A9 H! ]8 u-Develop of crack and mechanical damage mitigation programs, including selection of features, development of associated trending, and determination of reinspection intervals.

-Provide technical expertise related to fitness for purpose calculations and field NDE as related to crack and mechanical damage threats.

' |9 N" L, _* XServe as an internal technical expert on fitness for purpose assessments.

; u7 f+ v* R) BEnsure that all standards and procedures related to crack management programs and mechanical damage programs are up to date and available to all users.
+ `" ]$ O: ?" y7 p5 O- G
Maintain leading edge expertise related to pipeline crack threat through ongoing review of industry publications, attending appropriate training and industry conferences.  
Qualifications  
Bachelors degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience. Or a masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

& ~; y1 }4 g7 f* Y$ R3 eSelf-motivated, independent, innovative, responsible and a team player.

/ I- T; _: w3 pExcellent functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline Industry.

Project management experience and the ability to work within a large organization.

A broad based, solid understanding of the business of pipelines is important.
