: f0 [" ^$ \8 A* e/ m# @# t# zperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.
0 A* L7 H9 a' d+ }& t6 A% _. O
I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
1 N' a+ ~1 z9 E4 z; n& z, ?9 r: ^$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
* N, K0 j8 y& D  |cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
