' m) [% w2 i, R  OI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
( s# T& O2 r, z! {0 Y$ u/ X! ~+ [. pSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
0 y+ S1 v6 ?2 b* d4 \: T4 \' b8 z' Fbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov

months, so it is still quite clean.

cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
