I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
# P3 i/ Z) R' h' m8 ?9 JSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will

30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
0 E* @( s9 e/ m( e$ W: mmonths, so it is still quite clean.
