person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
9 u/ q5 ^, f6 c2 L! i(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
9 q( ^7 \2 S; b7 Ube paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

: o: O6 }0 W4 D' gcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor

lease required.
