Agree with Gongxifacai, I had a chance of face to face interview for a position in a diamond mine company in Yellowlife few months ago. 3 of them came to Edmonton, about 8 people were interviewed for this position. Although my experience is over the requirement of this position, they did not pick me because I did not work in exactly same environment.
