- facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy

- locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings

- create and maintain relationships with community groups, individuals, institutions that are interested in race relations

- demonstrated leadership abilities with youth% s) K& }6 |1 |( j9 X! V
- experience with project coordination

1 k+ [) d1 }* o5 L- developed knowledge and skills in one or more performing arts
