举个例子：
) S" m  i% Z' x4 ~0 |5 W如果你捐赠$1000，你会得到$3000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$1000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$4000。
5 i  |9 b8 b( ~1 v& f7 Y; r% }7 g; w在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$1560（4000乘以39%等于1560）的退税。除去你捐的$1000，你将净得$560。
; w- _4 T/ ?# D9 W4 X. v如果你捐赠$5,000，你会得到$15,000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$5,000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$20,000。

24. The Income Tax Act does not define FMV. The generally accepted meaning, however, is the highest price, expressed in a dollar amount, that the property would bring, in an open and unrestricted market, between a willing buyer and a willing seller who are both knowledgeable, informed, and prudent, and who are acting independently of each other.

FMV--- fair market value
' a  ?1 P2 U% TThis is the way a product is evaluated on the market
比如　一套Courseware软件
( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
The fair marker value是 $100.
如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

6 X, C3 b* f1 s4 y) P' x# g这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。
