小时候看老妈经常做,但不知道具体方法。只记得风干时,要一遍、一遍地往肉上刷甜面酱。

I remember the procesure is like that % R; J, S- p7 |! \9 l, ^" J1. use mix some spices with soybean sauce 5 p( x8 e# c8 u! r, s% m* Y2. Put the pork lean meat in the sauce for a couple of days 4 l: o E& W. H9 F3 G1 H, j( h8 k# q! N3. Take out then let the meat dry
