Avoid Joy Travel and Tours

Booked a flight with them to Shanghai (return); Had initial setup problems which were solved before purchasing ticket; after - when problem with flight on return, could not contact them and they still have yet to contact me to offer assistance to my problem- was left stranded in Vancouver after airline canceled my flight back to edmonton.

Never had so much problems with flying. Do yourself a favor avoid:

单程路途还顺利,价格几乎是最低的了,提前两天双程含税1600(如果提前4天是1300).服务态度质量效率都好.就是温歌华等机太长,7小时.不知道怎样不安排2小时的.

不好意思，因为不是每天上这个网站，才看到这个贴子，英文不是很明白，到底这个客人发生了什么问题？是加航还是国航CANCELL了你的飞机，是什么原因，有没有和我们取得过联系？现在解决了没有，有没有什么方式可以联系到楼主？希望能够帮到你。

仔细一看，原来是个老贴子，问题发生在五月份，那么楼主回来后跟我们联系了没有？到底是什么问题？我都不是很清楚呀，希望看到回复后能和我们取得联系，看是什么原因，能不能解决一下。

It doesn't look like Joy Travel's problem. My friends and I have purchased tickets from Jing a couple of times before, quite satisfied with them. Strongly recommend.

谢谢楼上给了好评，其实我都不知道楼主到底发生了什么事？有没有和我们联系过，也希望楼主在看到我的回复后能主动和我们联系，因为客人很多，如果不主动和我们联系，并说明情况我们很难知道到底发生了什么事，看样子好象是航空公司取消了航班，不过，虽然时间过去很久了，还是希望能和楼主取得联系，进行沟通，存在误解总是不好的，我们会尽我们的努力解决问题。
