很多朋友对上次贴出的比较图感兴趣, 现在该机构又更新了比较图, 对正在为利率的选择发愁的朋友, 无疑是一个很好的参考资料。

/ g W( @' h: i; z固定利率再次攀升, 让购房者更倾向于选择相对较低的浮动利率。 四月十九日实施的房贷新政策, 即使客人选择浮动利率, 贷款机构也会按当周的贷款基准利率计算其贷款资格。 本周的基准评核利率是6.10%。
