请问: 车祸保险一般什么时侯陪

从小公司买的车保险, 已经20天了. 车是贷款买的每月付钱给银行, 已经付了3year, 还有2year. 保险公司突然说我们是租的车, 提供了发票也没用. 卖车的人帮我们打了电话,没人接, 请问高人该怎么办?

看不懂。你是说你出车祸了是吗？然后保险公司说不给赔？什么租的买的，买保险时不是给这个车保的吗？！

你的车坏到什么程度？还能修吗？你的责任？能修的话就去BODYSHOP估价，报给保险公司，通过后保险公司就让你去修，钱是给BODYSHOP的啊，给银行干嘛。

车不能修,已经报废了.很心痛. 新车啊. 遇到这保险公司.....

那我明白了。你这车是贷款的，还没还完，所以是抵给银行的。你现在车报费了，银行的抵押物没了，所以要把钱先给银行。银行扣了你没还完的部分，剩的是你的。应该就是这样了。

why公司突然说我们是租的车, i called them, they said may be there was a mistake, but they still asked us to provide a lot of document to proof that we bought that car. after receiving our document , they do not pick us phone up. it why i am so wondery.

付给银行没错啊，不然你不是还得每个月付给银行钱吗,问题是车子估价估了多少，多出来的那部分，银行会退给你的

明明车是我贷款买的 means Finance

So, did you lease the vehicle or finance?

没有付清贷款的车和房子，bank has a lien on it.所以有没有可能楼主听错了？如果不是听错了，买的车变成了租的车，还真不知道是怎么回事。
楼主的车既然已经total loss，那在评估报告上一定有adjuster的名字和联系方式，你可以直接和他联系，如果多次留言不回电话，可以找supervisor投诉，很快就会有回音，通常也就是两三天的事。

At beginning, the adjuster contacted with us very well, even she told us how much they would give to us. a few days later, she told us suddenly that We were leasing the car, they had to give the money to bank. we were so surprise and we provided the sale of bill. she still asked us to provide sale agreement. we were so luck that the sale car person still works. he called the car insurence and bank. he left the message, we tried to call her many times and untill today, nobody gives us any answer.

the sale person told us that sale of bill and sale agreement is same thing, I sent to them a few days ago already.

thank 水晶思维 very much. could you tell me how to know their supervisor phone number? today, I received a E-mail from this campany that they told us the adjustor is away now, they found our name is one the Ford Credit list. we never hearnd this name before and I don't have any idea how to deal with them again.

如果你有原来的adjuster的电话，打过去，问谁负责你的case，通常报上你的claim号，就有人告诉你现在谁负责你的案子，还有，只要有人接电话，你就说你的case拖很久了，要求和supervisor说话，他们就会转给supervisor或者给你他的名字和电话。
