you have three methods to book an appointment.

1.visit www.prometric.com to schedule a test

2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

   Thomson Prometric Test Center
2 s. z2 g1 Z: R            6715-177 TH ST
" l/ O1 ?+ }  }5 k5 b" e. Wyou take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
