9 V" ~( k* p# P  X2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

: b* G9 [9 h1 G- T, l, v3.bring a piece of check to the following address:
   Thomson Prometric Test Center
  ]9 d/ C- y9 U- ^            6715-177 TH ST
/ T9 q& k5 P# L* d2 A) j7 B% t. vyou take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
