After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.$ K7 r0 i6 P1 ^: `0 u: s* i t
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.4 t2 u- X8 R% j/ B& R8 ~
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.$ z; S$ x G1 R- A
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.# q, g p4 w. w( w( i$ S. [

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
6 U& L2 j0 _' {9 jThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again./ u6 z0 g2 r2 o- i7 D+ r+ D
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. % P/ i- ~: G+ i* i! |' s' c

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
