When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.' [9 U! d) c/ y, C2 G
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
/ U8 f6 n, w9 z3 n4 QConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.1 q& }, @9 `# H4 c

The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.$ t: T6 w" }! m4 G, U9 N4 |! [
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.7 D5 q6 a" {; Y+ x0 j
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.
