您说的不错,我自己就在Sandalwood盖房子,比它大200尺,背靠pond,walkout basement,装修也比它好很多,造价也就58万。虽然只跟这个房子距离10-15个block,也非常安静;但是就像小黄讲的一样,我的地皮就17万,比这个可能便宜一半,因为这里是Gagrath。如果我的房子在这块地皮,可能至少70万,但是我没有那么多钱去买这样的地皮啊。 8 C% m) o3 Y0 m v9 H7 ~. P' f" \该区东边的房子大多是estate homes,在$1M之上,是我这样的平民百姓承受能力之外的。这也说明房地产的真理:LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION.几个blocks只差,价格就天上地下。

Seem like it's on a main entry road to that area, that means every resident in that area will drive by everyday making traffic noise level a problem. (refer to the one of 9th floor, not the one P. Huang suggested)

I like the interiors but the back yard is quite challenging.........
