• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control

• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 5 F' T, M& |$ ~2 B1 z: [
• Managing customer expectations K5 J4 t) I" U. a
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations
