Position Responsibilities:) x( {% S- |# Y+ R. X- @6 A
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
9 Z2 O& b+ g: F• Identification and replication of software defects ( u' r4 F8 [5 @; h p! f+ b3 }
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients & z( I- e) p9 g# r0 A6 Q
• Managing customer expectations : k) \) T, h% p8 k( x2 P4 b
• Documentation of technical procedures j) L& `4 Q7 H/ X- s
• Trouble shooting client network issues . [% T! m- Y) r r4 U
• Optimizing system configurations

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Experience and Education
