• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control, W( Q) ?4 n& {" Q5 E7 K
• Identification and replication of software defects 7 K( _' a( q Z" I k: P- J6 k
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 6 P4 k) }. F" N
• Managing customer expectations * C+ }. U/ S g' f- X1 K/ x4 t
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
