+ ~3 p) I+ `, c1 }• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
* t7 Z* l: m4 X. ]$ i8 [8 u• Identification and replication of software defects
- z. E, Y# ~9 Q# d1 Y! ^- D. Y• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 0 v3 T. L2 W1 R
• Managing customer expectations : g( x- ~2 F. E! u8 k
• Documentation of technical procedures

- M( g% W. u& `• Optimizing system configurations
