•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
" f2 F1 h/ A; j. i$ T•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
& e/ i6 N2 F6 F9 s* ~+ P•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
5 q7 ~6 q7 u! r# x* [•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
•        Work evenings as required

•        Network trouble shooting skills
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        Ability to work independently

•        Technical degree or diploma
