Position Responsibilities:
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
* U4 d* v* F: s0 D$ E6 _5 S/ @•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
5 T3 a  r/ e1 ~" b% s$ @+ B•        Documentation of technical procedures
0 x+ o. o& y1 @2 r•        Trouble shooting client network issues
; F9 d( K. y) p5 [" V•        Optimizing system configurations  
, m' z( k: l, g  ?8 j•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide

3 U. G, I9 L* R9 w•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
•        Network trouble shooting skills
  n9 g# [2 p+ q; K. M2 |& w•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
( \/ J6 ?1 N' z  Q3 f•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
& v/ w! m* V" G- j" o: n•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
Experience and Education
•        Technical degree or diploma
0 ?3 o  i. X' n7 \•        2 years experience in a technical support role
