+ S# B& @! Z3 H( c4 x• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
+ H2 O2 N% L8 [. d8 Y$ o/ R$ r• Identification and replication of software defects , G1 c! O' ~9 B7 A+ g
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
$ i8 I/ a0 r% `# D• Managing customer expectations 1 [- x- {+ R# e J" Y2 `" j
• Documentation of technical procedures
6 G5 Q l, r+ h" V& W• Trouble shooting client network issues ( s, N( a2 r* n( o1 V8 E! x) e
• Optimizing system configurations / `! w |- i( K! ?# p* r P
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ; j( y! y' N6 T
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 4 S5 e+ q* h, O. p1 [# d! ^
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• System training

• C++ development skills

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
