- h# a3 R( n# F# E) k• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control$ s+ z- F5 I- [( L
• Identification and replication of software defects
8 l1 R; P% {: V/ Q• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ! A' d; w" x x. x& \
• Managing customer expectations ( B- \. V- k0 o( O+ N1 }
• Documentation of technical procedures " c# z6 r8 U! ` z: ^0 `8 v5 A
• Trouble shooting client network issues
- j p1 W' Q) f: l$ M4 n- W• Optimizing system configurations 0 Q" X. n- w& Z% L( o7 K o
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) : C& j6 N/ |6 Z
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system + R& N% ~/ x2 x* _5 s" ~, N' P
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
