•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control5 @6 D" X  [3 b8 X' r; R
•        Identification and replication of software defects  " n9 u9 l' {- M% z6 {% e; w
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
" T* m% j: n" f& x. E* Q- \•        Managing customer expectations , r2 w& Q: x0 ?5 V
•        Documentation of technical procedures 2 q" n  x/ X: o8 M) S
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
. a- W, d1 a4 z) ^) o; F1 z, _% N•        Optimizing system configurations  
+ `; f1 V2 }- k3 s  T•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Work evenings as required

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        2 years experience in a technical support role3 H- T6 N- z  Z8 x) o: s3 k
