9 U5 T- N; `; R. S2 u• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
+ O; D( v4 S+ ^0 F1 E1 `% l. {• Identification and replication of software defects
$ p* ~) r! m9 ~) j• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
3 E- Z1 c- U! [: M• Managing customer expectations
9 b3 m" X! _2 u• Documentation of technical procedures
( _7 @* s- n, ]+ @/ j1 _• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Experience and Education
