Position Responsibilities:

5 M! G% A0 ^8 K& ]2 c• Identification and replication of software defects
8 E9 ^ T/ J" S: L2 n% Y1 S7 E• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ) ~5 L9 S5 y. g4 X& i# P# }
• Managing customer expectations 4 T9 b2 n' {/ v; ~" V

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
