Position Responsibilities:
0 w& U( C$ f( r& d& I0 y# k- _6 R•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
5 M! G% A0 ^8 K& ]2 c•        Identification and replication of software defects  
8 E9 ^  T/ J" S: L2 n% Y1 S7 E•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ) ~5 L9 S5 y. g4 X& i# P# }
•        Managing customer expectations 4 T9 b2 n' {/ v; ~" V
•        Documentation of technical procedures , _4 L) B) L$ a) N+ S* M9 N; Y
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
3 V8 v; s# o8 Z) ]" _7 L9 n4 q/ D•        Optimizing system configurations  2 x$ D* v( R* t
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

Skills and Knowledge Required* \& |" T( `# Y3 V. Q/ M
•        Customer service skills
2 V+ |, c& z  }% E1 c6 v. f3 U•        Technical writing skills : |( o: E* E2 n" |1 O
•        C++ development skills * s) z; R/ n: e' B$ A
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.1 d. Q# @4 j: A: \
•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        Technical degree or diploma
