2 e6 Q; v: N! Y; z1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.1 Q9 U! ]. c; R; Z: k6 B! a8 ]
2. 把糖和Margarine or Butter 搅拌.
8 }! D& H1 h% ^) C7 }" X L% l) j: ]3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.
/ M4 c* g+ L( I9 T' v4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌./ c5 n- w9 z- q# e" x6 }' l
5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.
; B( a2 Q! k8 A; j8 k6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄.
