1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.: U6 s2 S D5 Z0 T
2. 把糖和Margarine or Butter 搅拌.
- j. G0 z# {6 B3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.
4 C( Y, O5 J2 a% o0 N1 r0 M4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.7 ?2 g$ I6 n9 z1 D/ _* A
5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.
. |, e0 u+ K/ @, k0 g; {3 G6 ^9 m6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄.- E! r" ?( g1 p+ i- ?. L

7. 等烤箱温度凉下来,拿出继续晾凉.就行了.
