The minimum time to pass the three level exams is of course three years as CFA institute only offer exam almost once a year. But you have to finish the level iii exam within 7 years, otherwise, they delete your record, and you have to restart from level i again. many people simply pass level i or ii, and use that as a stepping stone on their resume. once they get a job offer, they may not pursue the program any more./ B+ ?/ `6 h& B: V; K
