Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
8 o- J3 f: D" t6 Z: ^Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
7 @$ ~$ x2 ]4 \% B" D8 U/ b, PAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
* ^' v9 K6 y/ B$ f  V( `5 eMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
$ ?. j* _; o9 c- o0 }* fPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
% K0 K) l. `) K  aHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

# X; i0 i" G+ {         2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
