- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
9 Z2 z, X7 U8 l' _: G/ M' f$ C- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
( y) ~) r9 q, W( ^; {- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
( N$ h3 S/ z5 b8 [. E" }2 b  i1 `7 K- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        On-the-job training will be provided
