Which lot is better?

44 is good too except for the narrow font (only 34 feet) and you will facing other people's back yard.

46 has two backyard neighbor too.

当然是44好。前面通小池塘，后面是小路。小路南侧是池塘和贵房子。车库在北侧，客厅在南侧正好和邻居相隔较远，客厅可以做两侧窗，或者做成八角形的格局。

那只是某指定进深的宽度。

' h1 Y0 I+ X, S房子的射影不是方形的。在最窄的地方只有车库，34肯定够用。等到了要摆客厅的进深，宽度肯定已经不止34了。具体pocket形状要拿开发商的图纸和建筑商一起讨论如何利用最大面宽。

看来看好44的居多，原来有些取舍不定，现在看来就44吧，多谢各位！
另外有一点疑问，WST回帖中说  “Lot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万”, 38 是pocket size吗？我看着两个pocket都是40的pocket 呀？
还有site plan 上注明44是RC (Restrictive covenant),有没有什么说道？
