how can I make my road test as cheap as possible?

: S8 a0 T8 g& E  d8 V  tI am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province.
I have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license.
