how can I make my road test as cheap as possible?

7 ?/ s5 W* M; w" B( e* II have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license.

Another issue is for insurance, someone tell me that going to drive school will help reduce car insurance, is that true?
