how can I make my road test as cheap as possible?

hi! there:
  b1 r. s3 q1 @5 A+ ^/ hI am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province.
I have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license.

7 w3 s$ C/ Z; W% E5 o4 Iif I want to attend road test, where is the cheapest place to go(including car renting)?
