) I* b0 ~1 ~" c7 E. t8 v5 Z- Design and deliver educational and preventative workshops about addictions to kids & youth1 q+ I' C, o0 Z2 [ m9 Q0 `
- Work with a team of actors to develop and deliver of a touring play about problem gambling
, n) ~. ^0 g h% N8 ]1 b6 \4 |- Build and sustain relationships with schools, social service agencies and community groups/ U# Z7 z; m+ N0 P) o
- Identify community needs and best practices in the area of addictions prevention and further develop the program to meet those needs; c3 A, {+ H2 V9 ?' N- k b
- Complete regular reporting to Alberta Health Services – Addictions & Mental Health$ \. y- R8 p9 Q9 c1 C$ D, w

Key Qualifications:5 C/ t5 c, i% f4 v) q1 h; ~/ P
- Post secondary degree or diploma in social/human sciences
4 O- D, H- }5 F, Y+ W' V* S- At least 2 years experience in the fields of addictions & mental health, education, health promotion, public health or youth engagement
" ^$ y0 q3 f' F; D7 p3 Q( I6 M1 q9 l) v- Strong ability to work well with youth, community workers, teachers and others

- Strong organizational and coordination skills6 J( D4 g" L( ]0 H. z2 w
- Self-directed and able to take initiative$ x0 ~' a$ L8 I& |6 V
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; fluency in an Asian language is an asset
